Order Processing
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Policy
Shipping policy:
At Sony’s Pickle, we aim to deliver your favorite pickles fresh and safely packed right to your doorstep. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle deliveries.
We currently ship across India, including major cities and towns.
However, there may be certain remote or non-serviceable areas where courier partners are unable to deliver.
If your address falls under such a location, our team will contact you to discuss alternative delivery options or issue a refund.
Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts.
If the package is undeliverable due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Unreachable phone number
• Customer unavailability
The order will be marked as “Return to Origin” (RTO).
In such cases, no refund will be issued as per our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Damaged or Leaking Orders
In rare cases where the product is damaged, leaked, or tampered with on arrival:
• Please record an unboxing video (360° view) in clear lighting as proof.
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sonyspickle@gmail.com, attaching the video and your order details.
Our team will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.

We currently do not offer international shipping.
We are working to make Sony’s Pickle available globally soon — stay tuned!
